SWSS LLC, was created out of a passion for supporting professionals throughout the lifespan of their careers. As a seasoned executive who specializes in promoting ethical practice, career self-care, and DEI in social work, I have dedicated myself to the growth and professional development of emerging leaders. A compassionate, energetic, and engaging public speaker and consultant, I am ready to take your mission to the next level.

With over 20 years of experience as the head of the Ethics and Professional Review Department of the National Association of Social Workers, and as the former Ethics Commissioner for the International Federation of Social Workers, I have had the privilege of collaborating with social workers worldwide. These experiences have profoundly shaped my approach, emphasizing the importance of listening, understanding, and validating (LUV) every individual's unique story.

I am proud to have earned my undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, where I also pledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Additionally, I am a proud Bison, having received my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Howard University School of Social Work. Currently, I have the honor of teaching ethics, human behavior, and gerontology at Howard University.
